Conference Sponsorship

Sponsorship Details

Different sponsorship packages are available:
Presenting Sponsors ($5,000 contribution)
Platinum Sponsors ($2,500 contribution)
Gold Sponsors ($1,000 contribution)
Silver Sponsors ($500 contribution)

Each sponsorship package is outlined below.

Presenting Sponsors

Presenting sponsors will receive the following benefits in appreciation for a $5,000 contribution:

  1. The Sponsor name will be used as the official title of the event.
  2. Sponsors will be identified in all media and public relations and featured on all promotional materials.
  3. Company logo will be predominately featured on the cover of the Conference Program.
  4. A one-page advertisement (front inside AND back cover) in the Conference Program.
  5. Sponsors will be acknowledged and highlighted on the MWAIS 2018 Conference Website.
  6. Sponsors will be featured in the semi-annual newsletter.
  7. Two complimentary conference registration ($390 value).

Platinum Sponsors

Platinum sponsors will receive the following benefits in appreciation for a $2,500 contribution:

  1. Lunch/Dinner will be named in your honor.
  2. Company logo will be included on the cover of the Conference Program.
  3. A one-page advertisement within the Conference Program
  4. Sponsors will be acknowledged and highlighted on the MWAIS 2018 Conference Website.
  5. Sponsors will be featured in the semi-annual newsletter.
  6. Two complimentary conference registration ($390 value).

Gold Sponsors

Gold sponsors will receive the following benefits in appreciation for a $1,000 contribution:

  1. Company logo will be included on the cover of the Conference Program.
  2. A one-page advertisement within the Conference Program.
  3. Sponsors will be acknowledged and highlighted on the MWAIS 2018 Conference Website.
  4. Sponsors will be featured in the semi-annual newsletter.
  5. One complimentary conference registration ($195 value).

Silver Sponsors

Silver sponsors will receive the following benefits in appreciation for a $500 contribution:

  1. Sponsors will be listed in the Conference Program.
  2. A half-page advertisement within the Conference Program.
  3. Sponsors will be acknowledged and highlighted on the MWAIS 2018 Conference Website.
  4. Sponsors will be featured in the semi-annual newsletter.
  5. One complimentary conference registration ($195 value).
